Senior Legal Consultant
Abdul Hakkeem Padipurakkal is an accomplished legal professional, having nearly two decades of experience across various areas of law, with specific expertise in commercial and criminal law. He holds two bachelor's degrees, one in law (LLB) from Kerala University in India and another in commerce (B.Com) from Calicut University. He has also completed his Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from MG University, as well as completing a Master’s Degree in Police Administration and Criminology from Annamalai University.
Interestingly, prior to transitioning to law, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience advising various companies through research and interaction. Abdul began his journey in the UAE as a legal researcher and is now a Member of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal, Sharjah. He is also a lifetime member of the Indian Association Sharjah, where he sits on the Legal Committee. In addition, he has been appointed to the Legal Committee of Indo - the African Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Abdul is also a leading pro bono lawyer, who provides free legal advice and assistance during his free time; in addition to clarifying the legal position on several topics through radio and the print media. Since 2013, he has been working with Farouq Abdalla Advocates and Legal Consultants. He is trustworthy and has a high level of integrity.

Gaya has acquired an in-depth knowledge of UAE law, enabling her to advise clients on a wide range of legal matters. She supports advocates and legal executives in the pre-trial process by researching and analyzing applicable laws and relevant information necessary to advocates’ casework. Her strength is her ability to manage clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
She has collaborated with various entities, including law enforcement centers, courts, prosecution offices, and the Land department across all emirates in the UAE, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of all court and prosecution systems in the region. Gaya is a double degree holder, with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and another in Business Administration (BBA) from Calicut University.
